The labor force participation rate of males ages 65 and older in the United States can be approximated by p(t)= 1/50t^2 -9/10t +27, where p(t) is the percentage of males ages 65 and older in the labor force t years after 1970. In what years were 17% of the males ages 65 and older in the labor force.
