addition | 2    (d and i each occur 2 times) 
multiply | 2    (l occurs 2 times)
product | 1     (each letter occurs just 1 time) 
division | 3    (i occurs 3 times) 
quotient | ?    (t occurs 2 times)
estimate | ?    (e and t each occur 2 times)
Ans:  The largest number of times any one letter 
occurs in the word.
