There are no varialbles in a denominator and the root index is odd, so there are no excluded values from the domain. The first derivative is a fraction with a numerator that has a zero a 0.2 and the second derivative is positive at 0.2, so there is a minimum at x = 0.2. That means the range is the interval f(0.2) to closed on the left.
