Lines with slopes of 0 are horizontal lines in which the y coordinates are all the same. They are always the equation highlight%28y=k%29. Where k is that never changing y value. In this case:
y=5
It's a special case worth memorizing.
Otherwise you can use the point slope formula highlight%28y-y%5B1%5D=m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29%29, where (x1,y1) is a point on the line and m is the slope.
(x1,y1)=(-8,5) m=0
y-5=0(x-(-8))
y-5=0
