Question 72391: Can you help me find F(4)and the domain for the function:
F(x)=10x + 1 / x squared - 9x

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
find F(4)and the domain for the function:
F(x)=(10x + 1) /( x squared - 9x)
F(x) = (10x+1)/(x(x-9))
The denominator cannot be zero; so x cannot be 0 and x cannot be 9.
Therefore the domain is all real number except x=0 and x=9.
---------------
F(4) = (10*4 +1)/(4^2-9*4)
F(4) = 41/-20
