Y=mX+b. JUST SUBSTITUTE THE X,Y VALUES ALONG WITH THE SLOPE(m) AND SOLVE FOR THE Y INTERCEPT (b).
5=7/3*-6+b
5=-42/3+b
b=5+42/3
b=5+14
b=19
THUS THIS LINE EQUATION IS
Y=7/3X+19
