It is a polynomial function so the domain is all real numbers. The lead coefficient is positive, so the graph opens upward. Hence the range has no upper limit. Use the formula for the -coordinate of the vertex, namely , then calculate the value of the function at the -value of the vertex. That will be the lower limit of the range. Note: The lower limit is inclusive.
