g(x)=x^2-2x, and the problem is g(4n).
g(4n)=(4n)^2-2*(4n)
=16n^2-8n

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
g(x)=x^2-2x, and the problem is g(4n).
----
Put 4n in place of "x":
----
g(4n) = (4n)^2 - 2(4n) = 16n^2 - 8n
