Given:
When X = 2, the function = 0
When X = 4, the function is undefinded (division by zero)
A function is undefined when the denominator is equal to zero
That means that when X = 4, that 2X - A = 0

The function is zero when the numerator is equal to zero.
That happens when X = 2
