Well, your question is very broad so I help this answer solves your problem. One thing that I found that works is on top of every paper that I do in math class over that chapter, I write down the formula. So, by the time I get to the test I remember the formulas by memory and continue to put it on the top of the page. That will help with at least having the formula there as you are working.
