g(a+h)=-4(a+h)+2=-4a-4h+2
g(a)=-4a+2
g(a+h)-g(a)=-4h
avg.rate of change = {g(a+h)-g(a)}/(a+h-a)=-4h/h=-4
slope of the given line =-4
I came out with 4 for both answers....no -4 is the answer
