Question 429903: f(x)=sin(x°) G(x)=2x
a. Find expressions for
(i) f(g(x))
(ii) g(f(x)).
b. Solve 2f(g(x))=g(f(x)) for 0≤x≤360
I got f(g(x))= sin2x° and g(f(x))=2sinx
I am unsure if these are correct and I am stuck on part b.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Andrew.

f(x)=sin(x°) G(x)=2x
a. Find expressions for
(i) f(g(x)) = sin(2x)
(ii) g(f(x)) = 2sin(x)
-------------------
b. Solve 2f(g(x))=g(f(x))
2sin(2x) = 2sin(x)
sin(2x) = sin(x)
2sin(x)cos(x) = sin(x)
2cos(x) = 1
cos(x) = 1/2
x = 60º, 300º
-----------------
I got f(g(x))= sin2x° and g(f(x))=2sinx
