F(x) = x^2 + 3 |green parbola on graph
G(x) = (x -7)^2 + 3 |blue parabola on graph
vertex form of a parabola, where(h,k) is the vertex
G(x) has shifted 7 units to the right of F(x)
F(x)and G(x) both parabolas one with Center (0,3) and the other (7,3)
