f(x) = 4/(x+3)
Vertical asymptote can be found by equating the denominator with zero
=> x+3 = 0 => x=-3
Horizontal asymptote: as x approaches higher, 4/(x+3) approaches lower and thus f(x) approaches to 0; So, the horizontal asymptote is the x-axis.
