Question 282873: Hello,
This question is from our online homework.
The domain of the function
x+10
-----
x^2-1
Write the answer in interval notation.
I know that x cannot =1 or the denominator would = 0, I am pretty sure it is a multi-part answer needing the U symbol, but no matter how I enter it I get an incorrect answer. I know when you have infinity you always use (or). I may be confused on when to use [ and ].
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
