Question 281105: find the domain R(x)=3+2x/x3+x2-2x
Answer by edjones(8007) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2x+3/x^3+x^2-2x
x^3+x^2-2x=
x(x^2+x-2)
=x(x+2)(x-1)
Since the denominator cannot equal 0 then x cannot equal 0, 1 or -2.
The domain for x is all real numbers except for 0, 1 or -2.
