Is 3-2x under the root symbol? If so:
Note that square root functions are always greater than or equal to 0.
-sqrt(3-2x)>=0.
For it to equal zero we need 3-2x=0
so 3/2-x. This is where we will plot the first point in a graph. Second, we note that the negative square root function will be a reflection over the x-axis, this has no effect on the domain.
Now we need 3-2x>0 so this means -2x>-3 which implies x<3/2. So you now have enough information to graph this function.
