SOLUTION: If g(x)=x^2+4x+2 find g(2) and g(x+2)
so far I have
g(2)= 2^2+4(2)+2
g(2)= 4+8+2
g(2)= 14
g(x+2)= (x+2)^2 + 4(x+2)+2
= x^2 + 4 + 4x + 8 + 2
= x^2 + 4x + 14

the g(2) is correct
1 mistake with the g(x+2)
expand (x+2)^2
add like terms
