 Question 253837: Which of these sets of coordinates is not a function? a){(3, 2), (5, -1), (13, 12), (-2, 2)} b){(4, 3), (4, -3), (2, 12), (7, 11)} c){(1, -1), (0, 2), (-1, 1), (3.5, 4.6)} d){(8, 0), (5, 1), (-8, -1), (3, 4)}Answer by MRperkins(300)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!You could graph these and use the vertical line test to see which one is not a function. You could also look to see if any x value has more than one y value. A function can not have multiple F(x) values for an x. This means that when x=5, y can not equal 3 and 7. .
