Domain is the set of all x values, which would be {-2,0,4,7}, so y = {11,7,-1,-7}.
If x= -2, then y=-2*-2+7=4+7=11.
If x=0, then y= 7.
If x=4, then y=-2*4+7=-8+7=-1.
If x=7, then y=-2*7 +7 ==14+7=-7
