Y=mX+b where m=slope & b=the Y intercept.
slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
slope=(-5-14)/(17+2)
slope=-19/19
slope=-1
14=-1*-2+b
14=2+b
b=14-2
b=12 the y intercept.
Y=-X+12 ans.
