Find the slope-intercept form of the equation through point (2,13) and the slope is m=-1/2

Form: y = mx + b
You know m = 1/2, and you know y = 13 when x = 2; solve for "b".
13 = (1/2)*2 + b
13 = 1 + b
b = 12

y = (1/2)x + 12
