Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the domain of f(x) = 1/(x^2 - 3x -4)
----------------
Factor to get:
f(x) = 1/[(x-4)(x+1)]
x cannot be 4 ; x cannot be -1
---------------------
Domain: All Real Numbers except x = 4 and x=-1.
