  = 2(x-13/2)^2 - 169/8 + 20   |Completing the Square
  = 2(x-13/2)^2 - 9/8          |vertex Form  
  V(13/2, -1.125)
x-intercepts P(2.5,0)  and P(4,0) 
No y-intercept
