 If the government commits $ 560 million for this project, what percentage of the pollutants can be removed?
:
 = 560
multiply both sides by (100-x)
240x = 560(100-x)
240x = 56000 - 560x
240x + 560x = 56000
800x = 56000
x = 
x = 70% of the nasty stuff removed
