The given line is 8x-3y=7 or 3y=8x-7; y=(8/3)x-(7/3)
parallel lines have same slope so m=8/3
point slope form is y-y1=m(x-x1), m slope (x1, y1) point
y-1=(8/3)(x+9) Point-slope form
y=(8/3)x+25 Slope-intercept form
Standard form is 3y=8x+75, or 8x-3y=-75
