This is different from the 2x-3+2, C, but if one uses that as an exponential, then it works. The function is shifted upward 2 units, so only A and C are possible.
The function reaches 3, 1 unit above 2, when x=3. The value of the x raised to a power is 1, which means the power has to be 0. If x=3, than 3 has to be subtracted to make x^(value)=1.
