This is the 3rd same equation I've seen today. First it had to be solved using the quadratic equation formula, then you needed the number of REAL solutions, 
and now you need it to be solved again, but by COMPLETING the SQUARE. Can you at least ATTEMPT this one? You should already know what the solutions are!
