Question 1113232: how to prove that in every infinite set has a finite subset

Let S be an infinite set.
Then S is not empty.
Therefore there exists element x ∈ S
Therefore {x} ᑕ S, and {x} is a finite
set since it has exactly 1 element.
thus {x} is a finite subset of S.
