8y = x^2 - 4x + 20
----
8y = x^2-4x+4 + 16
----
8y = (x-2)^2 + 16
----
y = (1/8)(x-2)^2 + 2

Vertex = (2,2)
4p = 1/8
p = 1/16
---
Focus = (2,33/16)
Latus Rectum = 4p = 1/4
Directrix :: y = 2-(1/16) = 31/16
