According to the pythagorean triplet,in a right angled triangle the hypotenuse is the longest side.
therefore, we should use m squared + 1 formula
m squared + 1 = 23
m squared = 23 - 1
m squared = 22
it is not a perfect square for 22
as 4 squared = 16
and 5 squared = 25
