SOLUTION: I need help solving the following
If f(x)=5x+2 and g(x)=x+1
Solve
G(-5)
F(1\5)+g(0)
4g(-3)
I tried to work by

Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Part 1) Plug in x = -5 and simplify.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Part 2) Plug in x = 1/5 into f(x). Plug x = 0 into g(x). Simplify and add

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Part 3) Plug in x = -3. Simplify. Then multiply both sides by 4.

Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks.
