I.Know General Shape of parent graph: Green (vertical asymptote x = 0)
II. Find Intercepts of 0r
note:
= 3/2 , (4^(3/2) = 8)
4(3/2) = 6
III. Plot (-9,0),(-7,0),(0,6), draw vertical asymptote x = -8 and sketch Blue
