Convert cent to dollars

You can't get more than this,
because , more than
dollars.

So, you have to get items, and
that means you only use
$9.60 of the $10

But, if you were buying, say, flour by the pound
and it costs cents/pound, then
you actually could get 16.667 pounds
for dollars.

This wouldn't work if you were buying
marbles for cents/marble, since
you can't slice up a marble
