Question 760877: what is the difference between median and mode?
Answer by Lauryn:)(1)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The Median= This is the middle number,

eg. 1.2.3.4.5
3 is the median because it is in the middle, you basically pair off the numbers on the outside, if there are two in the middle you add them together and divide them by 2

The Mode= This is the most common number,

eg. 1.2.7.7.7.9.9 7 is the mode because it apears in the sequence 3 times

Hope I helped! :)
