i would have to say $30.00
here's why:
1300 whole units
400 units 50% completed = 200 equivalent whole units since 200 * 1 = 400 * .5
total equivalent whole units is 1300 + 200 = 1500.
45000 / 1500 = 30
cost per equivalent whole unit is $30.00
