Determine the actual length and breadth using the scale
2. A train leaves on Tuesday at 8:45 pm and arrives at its destination on Saturday at 4:15 am.
How long was the journey? Give your answer in days,hours and minutes

(1) 1 cm on the plan is 2 m in reality.
Therefore, the length of 7 cm on the plan is 2*7 = 14 m in reality.
So, the actual length is 14 m.
Again, 1 cm on the plan is 2 m in reality.
Therefore, the breadth of 4.5 cm on the plan is 2*4.5 = 9 m in reality.
So, the actual breadth is 9 m.
(2) There are 3 hours and 15 minutes from 8:45 pm to midnight
and there are 4 hours and 15 minutes from midnight to 4:15 am.
So, the entire journey is (3+4) hours and (15+15) minutes, or 7 hours and 30 minutes.

I don't know from which country you are and what is the accepted standard format
writing numbers in your class/country.
But in US, they never write 4,5 cm - it is not a standard format.
The standard format in US for such number is 4.5 cm.
