Medina's Furniture company has been producing 2795 chairs a day working two shifts. The second shift has produced 91 chairs fewer than seven-sixths of the number of chairs produced by the first shift. Determine the number of chairs produced by the second shift.

Let number produced by 2nd shift be S
Since both shifts produced 2,795 chairs, the 1st shift produced 2,795 - S
Itw's given that the 2nd shift produced 91 fewer than  of the number the first shift produced.
                  This gives us:  ----- Substituting 2,795 - S for humber 1st shift produced
                                 6S = 7(2,795) - 7S - 546 ---- Multiplying by LCD, 6
                            6S + 7S = 7(2,795) - 546
                                13S = 7(2,795) - 546
Number produced by 2nd shift, or
