After Hurricane Andrew, my neighbor started the Stock the Basin Campaign. This would triple the number of bass each year. If after 1 year of the efforts, there were 25,000 bass, how many were there after 6 years?

There are 5 full years from the end of the 1st year to the end of the 6th year: 2-nd, 3-rd, 4-th, 5-th, 6-th (five, in total).



So, take the value of 25000 and triple it five times


     = 25000*243 = 6075000.     ANSWER
