probability first is red is (4/32), since there are 32 buttons altogether and 4 are red.
once that occurs, there are 31 buttons left, and 10 are black, so second part is 10/31.
The answer is their product or (1/8)(10/31)=10/248 or 5/124 or 0.0403.
