terminal arm lies in third quadrant: sin and cos are neg, tan positive
Determine exact expressions for the primary trigonometric ratios for the angle.
r = sqrt((-3)^2 + (-5)^2) = √34
sin θ = y/r = -5/√34
cos θ = x/r = -3/√34
tan θ = y = 5/3
