It's an antibiotic; it is important that it be taken exactly as prescribed.

A prescription that says "ii tab stat daily" is not very well written. The only thing that is clear in that prescription is "daily".

It also appears that we are not told the number of tablets in the prescription - unless the "#6" is supposed to indicate that there are 6.

So, not being sure of either the number of tablets or the number of tablets to be taken per day, we can't know how many days the prescription will last.
