Question 1142351: How much greater is the digit in the ten thousands place than the digit in the hundreds place?
Answer by math_helper(2461) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If you mean say, the difference between 100 and 10000, it is 10000-100 = 9900.
However, since you didn't specify the digit's value, if it is 'r' then the difference is 10000r - 100r = 9900r (r = 0, 1, 2, ..., 9)
