A positive integer is one less than another.
a = 2b
If the sum of the reciprocal of the smaller and twice the reciprocal of the larger is 2,
+ = 2
replace a with 2b
+ = 2
multiply equation by 2b, cancel the denominators
2 + 2 = 4b
4 = 4b
b = 1
the
a = 2
