Question 1132604: For the rational function, identify any removable discontinuities: f(x)= (x^3-1)/(x-1)
Answer by Boreal(15235)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
this would be at x=1
x^3-1=(x-1)(x^2+x+1)
dividing by x-1 leaves the factor x^2+x+1 which is not defined at the single point x=1
