Good question ! I like it !!

I think that from dietary point of view, the mixture contains more useful ingredients than the mono-product.


    It becomes important since there is the volume restriction to the food consumed.


From the human/customer point of view, the mixture food (if prepared masterfully !) is more tasty/appetite/delicious than mono-product.


     In my experience, the most tasty food is that combines different/all tastes mixed in right proportion.
