Let M be the rate of work for a man and B be the rate of work for a boy.
Then from the condition you have this system of equations

2M + 7B = ,     (eq1)
3M + 8B = .     (eq2)


Solve the system (it is just a technique) and find M and B.


Then evaluate 8M + 6B and calculate reciprocal.
