The price per roll given for the two brands has no bearing on the problem.
Just thrown in there to confuse you, I guess.

Let x = price per sq/ft of GladW
:
x = .05
Multiply equation by 3 to get rid of the denominator
10x = 3(.05)
10x = .15
x = .15/10
x = .015 per sq ft
