Question 1088344: Solve the problem.
The function D(h)=9e^-0.4h can be used to determine the milligrams D of a certain drug in a patient's bloodstream h hours after the drug has been given. How many milligrams (to two decimals) will be present after 8 hours?

Answer by Cromlix(4381)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hi there,
D(h)=9e^-0.4h
Where h = hours
D(h)= 9e^(-0.4 * 8) [* means times]
D(h)= 9e^(-3.2)
D(h) = 0.37mg (2 decimal places)
Hope this helps :-)
