A car is on a driveway that is inclined 10° to the horizontal. A force of 2 178N is required to keep the car from rolling down the driveway.

a)Find the weight of the car.                                 W*sin(10°) = 2178. From this equation find W, weight in newtons.

b)Find the force that the car exerts against the driveway.    N*cos(10°) = 2178.  From this equation find N, the force that 
                                                              the car exerts against the driveway.
